Giant Turd

What’s wrong with this picture? And no it’s not a giant turd in the middle of it. It’s the fact there is a not-so-small snake just lying there. After joking around with Amelia to watch her feet due to Japan having one of the most dangerous cross-sections of wildlife in the known world – I then go and see giant fish, a terrapin (nasty biters), and a then this not-so-small snake. This all happened in roughly a minute.





Anyway, I was several stops North of where I usually am in a place called Inuyama. A place filled with shrines and temples. It also has one of Japan’s oldest castles and a really nice bridge.



However the best part about it for me, apart from the view, were the strange faded corporate signs and the cartoon characters next to the strange faded Japanese buildings. Another highlight was the serene traditional Japanese music meant to provoke that ‘traditional feeling’, which was then completely spolit when the CD kept skipping slightly every time it looped.
